We begin by scheduling an initial consultation to gain a deeper understanding of your vision, style preferences, functional requirements and budget constraints.

Our primary goal is to discover how we can transform your living space or place of business to suit your needs.

This meeting can take place either in person or through a video call. During this stage, we encourage you to share any inspiration images, color schemes or specific ideas you have in mind. We will also conduct a thorough analysis of your space, taking measurements and photographs.

After the initial consultation, we will conduct a thorough site assessment to gather essential information about the existing space.

This assessment will involve our team reviewing dimensions, analyzing the layout, identifying architectural elements and assessing the lighting conditions. It will enable us to develop a comprehensive understanding of the space and its potential.

Based on the insights gathered from the initial consultation, our design team will develop a comprehensive concept that reflects your vision and aligns with your lifestyle. We will create mood boards, sample boards or schematic drawings to help you visualize the proposed design elements, including furniture, lighting, color schemes, materials and textures.

We will also provide you with a cost estimate for the project; including proposed materials, project management, labor and design fees.

At this stage, project costs can only be estimated as precise costs can only be obtained once final drawings are submitted to contractors, craftsmen, suppliers, fabricators and installers for their bids.

Once the concept is finalized, we will present you with a detailed design proposal. This proposal will include floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings that illustrate the spatial arrangement, furniture placement, and design elements. It will also provide a comprehensive breakdown of the scope of work, timeline, and budget. We will be available to answer any questions, address concerns, and make necessary revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

Upon your approval of the design proposal, we will proceed with the implementation phase. Our team will coordinate with vendors, fabricators, contractors and suppliers to procure the necessary materials and furnishings.

We will manage the project closely to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely execution of the design plan. Regular site visits will be conducted to supervise the progress and address any unforeseen issues.

As the project nears completion, we will focus on adding the finishing touches that elevate the overall aesthetic and ambiance of the space. This includes selecting and installing window treatments, artwork, accessories and decorative elements.

We will collaborate with you to ensure your personal style is reflected in every detail, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.

Once the project is finished, we will arrange a final reveal, where you can experience the transformed space. We will walk you through the design elements, provide maintenance tips, and address any remaining queries.

After your approval, we will officially hand over the completed project, ensuring all documentation, warranties and relevant information are provided.
